All eligible HOA Households (1 lot = 1 household) are free to reserve our clubhouse for approved events. Members may reserve the clubhouse up to four times per household per calendar year at no cost (two times on Monday - Thursday and two times on a Friday-Sunday weekend). One additional reservation per household may be made for a reservation charge of $200.
